
For my last birthday we had a family lunch at a Japanese restaurant. My girls were enthralled watching the sushi chefs make the sushi rolls; they were also intrigued to find we were eating seaweed. It was a really fun way for them to try lots of different textures and flavours. My youngest daughter loved California rolls; my eldest loved a sticky rice and chicken dish.
